We live at the Pelican Lake Guesthouse & Environmental Project Centre Srebarna, adjacent to the Biosphere Reserve in North East Bulgaria. We provide regular updates on our project work and reports on activity on the reserve. We co-operate closely with a number of other conservation organisations to ensure a sustainable future for wildlife and the environment. weekend

Early start on both days this weekend as we had visitors from BSPB Svishtov looking for various geese and counting the winter population of all species.







High on the hill overlooking the lake with BSPB's two new wondererful scopes and the young teams eagle eyes.



Really cold morning but the banter kept us warm
